Grade 1
Gentle exploration of the area , with some short walks of up to 2 hours duration, visiting local villages walking on a combination of roads, tracks and pathways.
Grade 2
As Grade 1 with walking mainly on paths and tracks. Modest gradients with ascents up to 500 metres. Up to 5 hours walking per day. Our paths can be quite rough and stony.
Grade 3
As Grade 2 with walking both on and off tracks and paths, with occasional scrambling. Be prepared for steep ascents and descents.
All our walks cover different degrees of uneven ground. We recommend that boots giving adequate ankle support are worn.
